*UPDATED 20/02/2015* Today’s post brings another Pandora preview, with an in-depth look at the jewellery coming out with the Mother’s Day 2015 collection! This is a relatively small set of rings, necklaces and earrings, but there are some very pretty pieces included. Also included are some of the campaign images for the Mother’s Day collection, which focus more generally on both charms and accompanying jewellery. ♥

For a look at the charms coming out with the Mother’s Day 2015 collection, please see my preview here! This collection is due out globally on the 9th of April. However it’s worth noting that the UK will see a portion of the Mother’s Day 2015 collection launch tomorrow – I’ll update with a post on that tomorrow morning. :)

The Pandora Mother’s Day campaign images for 2015 focus on mostly neutral stylings, with some classic heart and family motifs.

The addition of some pink pieces really help to set off the jewellery, however; I do like the pink Petite Facets with the new rose enamel charms and the Shimmering Rose set, however.

I also have a few stills from the official Pandora Mother’s Day 2015 campaign video, which give us some beautiful close-up live shots of the charms and jewellery!

Necklaces

The Unlock my Heart necklace will retail for $85 USD or $95 CAD, and comes with a chain of 90cm. It’s quite Tiffany-esque, I think.pandora mother's day 2015 preview

The Shimmering Rose necklace is priced at $125 USD or $140 CAD.

Rings

First up, we have our only two-tone ring for the entirety of Pandora’s SS15 collections! The Infinite Love ring features a 14kt gold infinity sign, and some cubic zirconia detailing. It’s priced at $90 USD or $100 CAD.

*UPDATED* I have now discovered that there are two versions of the larger version of the Shimmering Rose ring – the first, pictured below, is a North American exclusive. It’s a little pricier at $140 USD or $155 CAD.

The second will not be available in North America, but will be available for the rest of the world instead. It is very similar to the North American version – there’s not much between them!

There is also a more petite version, retailing at $65 USD or $75 CAD. This will be available in all regions.

The Shimmering Rose earrings are my favourite studs of the collection – they’ll cost $60 USD or $65 CAD.

My Comment

In terms of these jewellery pieces, my favourites are definitely the Shimmering Rose set and Infinite Love ring – while the Sparkling Love set has a nice classic look to it, it’s not especially interesting to me as I have a lot of heart motif jewellery already. For this reason, too, I find myself less interested in the Mother’s Day collection overall than I am in the Spring pieces. My only definites from the collection are the new Precious Boy and Girl charms, which are very cute – especially in the live shot above. ^^

Which are your favourite jewellery pieces from Mother’s Day 2015? Have any made it on to your wish list?

  1. The shimmering rose pieces are pretty. They look like they’re clips. Am I seeing that correctly? The dangle appears to be a very pretty design, but looks quite big compared to some of the others. I’m a rose gardener, so one of the neutral roses may make it onto a bracelet, though I think I need to see them in person, especially to see the size of the dangle. I even like the rose earrings, though I have no other Pandora rose earrings. I like the design of the other rose charm, but you know me. Anti-pink! I’d love to see them offer that in red for Valentine’s Day next year. Pink must be a hot seller, if they beat it to death so much, but I’d love to see them break free from it a bit more.

    • Yep, there’s a Shimmering Rose clip and dangle for the regular bracelet series :) The dangle does look a little large compared to other charms – if I did use it on a bracelet, I think I’d have it as a centrepiece! Someone else suggested it would look good on a necklace chain, too.
Aha yes, and I think you are quite right about your anti-pinkness, haha. I love pink but it would be nice to see more of a spectrum of colours used in collections. I’m also hoping to see red for Valentine’s Day next year – I’ve just embarked on a red and pink Valentine’s theme for my bracelet and I’ll be looking to add some more red next year I expect.

  2. Hi, can I just say that I absolutely love your blog! Always so exciting to see what pandora will release next and makes my decisions on what to buy and
Save for a lot easier :) Do you know if any rose gold collection pieces will be released in Australia at any time in the future?

    • Hi Marina, thank you very much! It’s lovely to hear that you enjoy the blog, I’m really glad that it’s useful! <3 I've heard from a couple of unofficial sources that the Pandora Rose collection should be coming to Australia this season – but I've not had official confirmation regarding the details. Pandora have stated on their Facebook page that Rose will definitely be launching in more markets this Spring/Summer, and I can't imagine that Australia won't be one of those markets. :) When I hear more about the future of Pandora Rose, I will definitely update the blog. Hope that helps!

  3. Love, love, love the rose pieces! My Dad (who passed away 14 years ago today) grew beautiful roses in his garden. He always brought me some and now my husband knows how much I love them and buys me some for all the special occasions. I grow them too but not as nice as Dad did. I will get the earrings, charm, which I will probably wear on a chain as a pendant, and the smaller ring. The large pendant is beautiful but I think probably too large to wear on a short chain at the neck. The large ring is really nice as well and may make it hard to decide which one to buy! Will have to see once I see them in person!

    • Ah, how lovely that they have that meaning for you – that’s perfect! The Spring 2014 collection also had some beautiful rose pieces, they’d look lovely worn with these new ones. :) I think you’re probably right about the necklace – it looks like quite a statement piece, and the charm would probably work best on a short chain.
I was also trying to work out which ring I liked best! They’re both really beautiful. The statement ring is so striking, but then the smaller one has quite a lovely delicacy and simplicity as well. Look forward to hearing which one you go for! ^^

  4. Looking forward to seeing the shimmering rose collection instore. I have my eye on the shimmering rose necklace atm but I also like the charm and clips.

  5. Love the heart earrings, necklace and ring but Swarovski has a similar design in two colours. Clear and red. Argh.

    • Ah thank you – they are quite similar aren’t they? Especially the red ones! Are you deciding between them? I saw the Sparkling Love set in store today, it was really quite pretty in person!

  6. Haha I’m actually contemplating about getting the red ones from Swarovski and the clear ones from Pandora. But I’ll see when Pandora launches hers.
