Changing tack a little after all the recent Pandora SS16 previews, today’s post brings news that US shopping site Rue La La will be running a sale on Pandora jewellery tomorrow (Monday the 1st of February)! The sale offers significant discounts on retired Pandora products, and usually includes charms, jewellery and watches.
Judging by the banner for tomorrow’s sale, it looks to be mostly leftovers from the Black Friday & Boxing Day sales – with birthday blooms, fabric cords and some two-tone pieces all pictured.
The sale is due to start at 11am ET on tomorrow and it is currently listed on the Rue La La site.
The best discounts tend to go quickly, so it’s recommended that you check out with the items you want sooner rather than later. Readers should note that Rue La La can take a while to dispatch items – a month is not unusual. When adding items to your cart, take a look at Rue La La’s estimated dispatch date in the items’ descriptions (see below). :)
For the uninitiated, Rue La La is a US shopping website, which specialises in offering discounts from designer products. International readers should bear in mind that Rue La La is a US website, and will only ship to the continental US. If you want to participate in this sale, then you’ll have to get a friend from the US to help you! They do, however, now accept international credit cards, if you submit a US billing and shipping address – although it is a bit hit and miss as to whether this works or not.

It does, but when you click on it – it just tells you about international freight forwarding services like Comgateway etc. They don’t ship directly internationally :)

In a way, I’m also hoping it’s just a re-run of previous sales because I am saving my money up for March! ;) I think the UK might get some of the Mother’s Day pieces in mid-Feb too and I’m hoping the new safety chains might come out then :D

Thanks. I just signed in 15 minutes early and the items were up. I got the Birthday Blooms April (silver rock crystal [my birthday is in May, but I don’t like emeralds that much]), the Dark Enchantment ring, and the Royal Crown charm. Whoo hoo!

Is rue lala pandora authentic?
From the picture, I don’t see much that I want. But, it is always great to look at the possibilities, and pretend that you are getting some of it. I like the old style of Pandora better, with a lot of oxisidising and detail.
Absolutely, it’s always fun to go and have a look at least! ^^ I like old Pandora and some of the new Pandora. My favourite thing is to mix them all in together :)

Gosh, I tried to get the purple single leather, and all three sizes were sold out within 4 minutes….! LOL. This sale was the exact opposite of the leisurely pace I went at during the Christmas sales, hahaha… I didn’t end up getting anything :P More for March!

I’ve had my eye on the blue tendril clips for a long time to put on my Disney bracelet. I finally decided to get them this time and one for my friend before they are gone.
I missed out on the rock star clips by deciding not to buy them and have regretted it ever since!

No, shipping isn’t free… although I think you get 30 days of free shipping for subsequent orders after you pay for shipping once though!
Yupe, i just read it, once i paid 9.95 i will be entitled for shipping free for next 30days.. But nothing much catch my eyes so i just grab the LE star pave bangle.. This is the only LE i missed as of now as i managed to get the LE always in my heart pave bangle last few weeks from a friend who own 3 of it.
I VERY HAPPY as i got circle of love, always in my heart, star pave and dainty bow LE bangle now. I can stack them together :)) i love the bangle so much, so beautiful by itself without any charm on it.
Yay, that’s quite a lovely collection of bangles you’ve got there! They are so much fun to stack together! The only one I’m missing is the breast cancer awareness bangle, but perhaps it’ll get released in the UK some day.
Ah.. That pink ribbon bangle is available in Aus. Let me see if it is still available in my next trip there… Singapore doesn’t have it too.
Actually I’m keen to get the two tone bangle from mother’s day 2016 collection. I know you don’t keen in that due to engraving “family forever” … I hope the price don’t jump too high due to two tone clasp, keep the finger crossed …

– Are they selling authentic Pandora item? The LE star pave bangle is way so cheaper than Singapore retail price even after including shipping fee usd10 + another shipping fee to Singapore.
– How frequent are they having sale? I keen in two tone cbarms. I find Pandora two tones charm getting lesser and more to be retired..
Yes, they sell genuine Pandora, don’t worry :) I’m still quite new to this too – I made my first purchase a couple months ago. They have regular sales throughout the year, every few months, and then some flash sales (ie, the spontaneous ones for like 12 hours). Although I’ve signed up to receive notifications for Pandora sales, I just wait for Ellies posts instead, haha. I think Rue la la’s emails may have all gone to my junk mail…
I’m looking for a lot of the older two tone charms too! You may have a bit more luck looking at the buying/selling groups online if you use Facebook regularly. Try searching Pandora’s Angels, Pandora’s Tribe, and message the admins to join. They’re very strict on who joins to protect their members from buying fake Pandora. It’s worth a look for the rarer charms :)

It depends. The last couple of times Rue have been really speedy with the dispatch and I’ve had the items in maybe a week or a little longer. But in the past they’ve had to order the items from Pandora before they can dispatch them, so then it’s taken up to a month. I think it should be reasonably quick if you order this time around though.
Hi Ellie, sorry for the late post here. Thanks for letting us know about the Rue sale! I just ordered a pair of blue tendril clips (I was partly attracted to the blue color because they look somewhat like sapphires, my birthstone). I noticed you mentioned earlier that you have the tendril clips as well. Are they quite oxidized in appearance? In photos they seem a bit dark on the base, while the raised swirls are shiny.

They are as you describe – the base is dark & oxidised, while the swirls and other elevated details are polished up and shiny. It’s a nice contrast in person, the oxi detail is designed to make the patterning stand out!
